Enzo hails from Motilal Padampat Udyog Pvt. Ltd. (MPU Group), founded in 1932, a family enterprise with a long-standing presence across industries including sugar and steel. Its real estate arm, Ritu Housing, has delivered extensive residential developments in India with a proven record of on-time completion.

The group also maintains a strong retail presence with two decades of successful mall ownership and management.

This legacy of disciplined growth and a zero-debt financial base provides the foundation for Enzo’s boutique and forward-focused developments.

Avyay Jhunjhunwala

Founder & Managing Director

Leadership

Avyay Jhunjhunwala brings a rare combination of global education, generational entrepreneurial legacy, and hands-on real estate execution to Enzo Developers. A fifth-generation member of the MPU Group—a diversified enterprise spanning multiple industries—Avyay builds on a strong foundation of business stewardship while driving
a modern, forward-looking vision.

He was educated at The Doon School and has pursued advanced studies at the University of Southern California, Kellogg School of Management, and London Business School. Most recently, he completed the YPO Harvard Real Estate Program.

Prior to founding Enzo Developers in Dubai, Avyay delivered over 11 million square feet of residential development in India and successfully developed and operated a large-format retail mall. His professional experience includes roles at Citigroup and CBRE, giving him deep exposure to institutional capital, investment strategy, and large-scale
real estate operations.

Having worked across India, Europe, and the United States, Avyay brings a globally informed, future-focused perspective to every Enzo project. At Enzo, he operates on a simple but uncompromising philosophy: one project at a time—executed with precision, integrity, and discipline.

Avyay is an active member of YPO and CREDAI, and currently serves as President of the EO South Asia Bridge Chapter.
