Enzo hails from Motilal Padampat Udyog Pvt. Ltd. (MPU Group), founded in 1932, a family enterprise with a long-standing presence across industries including sugar and steel. Its real estate arm, Ritu Housing, has delivered extensive residential developments in India with a proven record of on-time completion.
The group also maintains a strong retail presence with two decades of successful mall ownership and management.

Leadership
Avyay Jhunjhunwala brings global education and practical real estate expertise to Enzo Developments.
He studied at The Doon School, the University of Southern California, Kellogg School of Management, and London Business School, and specialized in property markets through the YPO Harvard Real Estate Program.
Before establishing Enzo in Dubai, Avyay spent 15 years in India delivering over three million square feet of residential space and managing a retail mall with consistent success.
His experience across India, Europe, and the United States shapes the forward-looking vision behind every Enzo project.
At Enzo, he follows a simple principle: one project at a time, built with precision, integrity, and discipline.
He is also an active member of YPO and CREDAI, and serves as President of the EO South Asia Bridge Chapter.
